Full Job Description
We are seeking a committed and enthusiastic Team Leader to oversee and support a team of Residential Childcare Workers. The ideal candidate will ensure high standards of care and compliance, guiding the team to create a positive atmosphere for the children in our care.,
- Lead, supervise, and support the residential care team.
- Ensure the safety and well-being of all children in the home.
- Develop and implement individualized care plans.
- Maintain compliance with regulations and organizational policies.
- Act as a role model with professional behavior and practice.
- Manage household operations for efficient daily functioning.
- Conduct regular team meetings and performance assessments.
- Collaborate with external agencies, parents, and stakeholders.
- Participate in sleep-in shifts as part of the 7-day rotating schedule.
Level 3 Diploma in Residential Childcare (or equivalent). - Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a team., A valid driving licence (highly preferred to support operational needs).
