As Highways Adoptions Team Leader you will manage a team of transport planning and engineering experts managing technical approval and supervision of new transport infrastructure.

To be successful, we are looking for experienced Transport Professionals and Engineers with proven leadership experience who will quickly understand the Gloucestershire context and can display their expertise and solid professional experience in achieving ambitious targets.

Your track record of leading a customer focused team and your exceptional team management skills will contribute to fostering a collaborative work environment. Relationship management will be fundamental and will be based on first class communication and negotiation skills combined with commercial acumen.

You may not have local authority experience but you must know your subject as you will be actively contributing from day one.
