Team Leader, Manufacturing

Adherence to all Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) Safety Standards, Cold Room/Freezers -22degrees, Some degree of PPE (Personal Protective Equipment) required (safety glasses, gowning, gloves, lab coat, ear plugs etc.), As a Team Leader in Manufacturing, you will have the opportunity to lead a team of individuals who consistently demonstrate exceptional work behaviors in a world-class manufacturing environment. • Lead and manage a team of manufacturing technicians, providing guidance and support to ensure production targets are met
• Develop and implement manufacturing strategies to optimise productivity and efficiency
• Monitor and analyse key performance indicators to identify areas for improvement
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to determine resource requirements and ensure timely delivery of products
• Ensure strict adherence to safety protocols and quality standards
