Full Job Description

  • Management and Coordination: Lead the overall management of the service, ensuring the delivery of a flexible and high-quality service for adults with mental health conditions.

  • Team Supervision: Supervise and manage a team of staff, ensuring person-centred support that enables service users to maintain independence, improve wellbeing, and pursue personal development.

  • Service Quality and Compliance: Ensure all staff operate in a positive, person-centred, and non-discriminatory manner, respecting the rights of service users at all times. Maintain service quality in line with CQC regulations.

  • Service Specification Adherence: Ensure the service meets the specified requirements and complies with all monitoring and evaluation standards.

  • Feedback and Improvement: Collect and utilize feedback from service users and stakeholders to demonstrate and enhance the quality and effectiveness of the service.

    Proven experience in managing services for adults with mental health conditions.

  • Strong leadership and team management skills.

  • Ability to develop and maintain high-quality, person-centred support services.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Commitment to upholding the rights and dignity of service users.

  • Knowledge of CQC regulations and the ability to ensure compliance.

    Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

    Pay: £13.15-£13.40 per hour

    Expected hours: 37.5 per week
