Team Leader (Nights)

Here at GXO, we are currently recruiting for a Team Leader to join our Equipment Management operation at our Morrisons RRU site in Stockton. This operation is all about recycling and reuse which is an important part of the supply chain, ensuring equipment management and repair support to the customer and their distribution operations.,

• Coordinate tasks to ensure all activity is completed in a timely and accurate manner
• Deal with all returned products and equipment
• Support the shift manager with engaging the team and reacting to the varying inbound workloads

This is a full time, permanent position, predominately working any 4 days from 7, 17:00 - 03:00. However, we do ask for some flexibility on the hours worked to support the operation when required., We're offering an hourly rate of £14.60 per hour, inclusive of night shift allowance. In addition, we offer 30 days annual leave inclusive of bank holidays, so you can enjoy a positive work-life balance.
