Team Leader - North Finchley, London

Required to be flexible according to business requirements. The daily focus may vary, however it is expected that activities will typically include the following:

• Ensuring shifts run smoothly and that tasks are delegated appropriately
• Dealing with customer feedback quickly and efficiently
• Running shifts
• Daily paperwork if required
• Prepare and serve food and beverages
• Basic food preparation
• Operating the pot wash
• Setting up counters for hospitality services
• Food handling
• Cleaning all areas front and back of house
• Operating the till and cash handling
• Providing excellent customer service
• Sweeping/Mopping and general house keeping to ensure areas are cleaned to a high standard at all times.
• Undertake relevant training as required of all aspects of the role, including working towards your Food Hygiene Level 2 and Health and Safety Level 2 qualifications.

• Previous experience in a similar hospitality/catering role is desirable but not essential as full training will be given
• Previous experience as a Team Leader / Supervisor is advantageous
• Basic health and safety knowledge
• Friendly, polite and motivated
• A DBS check is required
  
  £14.00 per hour
• Full time 35 hours per week
• 5 days over 7 including some weekend work
• Shifts range between 7.30am - 7pm (no late evenings)
