Full Job Description
- To run shifts in charge of the store
- Organise staff with responsibilities to carry out to deliver great availability and premium customer service levels
- To follow processes and procedures to comply with due diligence, health and safety and food safety
- To problem solve at pace and provide training and coaching to colleagues to improve the customer experience in store
