Full Job Description

We have a team leader role available in our Via Kingston Service. We are looking for a dynamic and committed individual to join the Service working with a supportive and friendly multidisciplinary team of clinical and non-clinical professionals. As part of the leadership team, you will support the Service Manager in ensuring the delivery of excellent services.

You will lead on the rough sleeper's provision, coordinate a team of recovery practitioners, to work in partnership with other stakeholders and to co-lead with the development and maintenance of high quality service provision. In addition to this, you will be expected to take a lead in specific designated areas of the service which includes deputising for any other manager when required.

As a member of our Kingston leadership team this role promises to offer new challenges and opportunities within a supportive local and national context. This is a Via contract in the Borough of Kingston enabling you to be part of introducing our unique and award-winning innovations as we implement and develop our provision.

The Service
Adult Drug and Alcohol Services in the London Borough of Kingston Upon Thames transferred to a full contract to Via on 1st April 2024. Based at the Surbiton Health Centre and operating at locations across the borough, the service is high performing, ambitious and extremely well regarded by stakeholders and the local community.
