Team Leader (Senior Lifeguard)

We are looking for a Team Leader (Senior Lifeguard) to act as a peer / role model, overseeing the work of the lifeguard team to ensure that the standards to safety and customer satisfaction are met and to review systems of work - acting as the primary link between the Duty Manager and lifeguard staff.

You will work closely with the Academy trainers to undergo regular reviews of lifeguard processes to ensure efficient and effective training.

The Team Leader will also act as a relief Duty Manager, taking full responsibility for the facility, customers, money and staff during those periods.

As a Team Leader, you will need to hold a current NPLQ, FAW and H&S qualifications, have good customer service skills and be able to motivate and support the team and colleagues. You will preferably hold a L2 Fitness Instructor qualification, and be willing to learn, develop and embrace new ideas., Disability Confident

Hours: full time (rota based)
Hours will include earlies, daytime, evenings and weekends

Salary Grade E: £23,357 per annum

Location; Nantwich Leisure Centre

Everybody swimming pools are open 7 days a week - generally from 6am to 10pm (subject to each pool's programme) and our lifeguards work on shift rota basis across the week and weekends.
