Full Job Description

RHRU is a 24 bed inpatient unit that offers intensive multi-disciplinary neuro-rehabilitation following acquired brain injury. We are seeking an enthusiastic and committed Registered Nurse who is keen to develop in a neurological team.
The Regional Hyper-acute Rehabilitation Unit (RHRU)(acute neuro) is looking to recruit a qualified Nurse with acute clinical skills. The post will involve providing clinical leadership and management support, developing and evaluating best practice within the unit and ensuring high quality and standards are maintained., If you enjoy acute care combined with specialist rehabilitation nursing or would like a change in speciality, have excellent communication skills and are committed to delivering high standards, this could be an ideal opportunity for you.
The successful applicant would be working as part of a skilled interdisciplinary team specialising in Neuro-Rehabilitation and Hyper-Acute Neuro care. Providing holistic, patient centered, goal oriented rehabilitation programs to patients with a variety of neurological conditions. Educational support for the role exists both in house and externally. There is opportunity to specialise in the area of specialist medicine.
