Full Job Description
We are looking for a Team Leader to join us to manage a team of recovery staff that work with our young people leaving care. Helping to maintain a welcoming, safe environment for our young people, you will carry out quality checks on their support records to ensure organisational standards are upheld. You will support your team to achieve their potential through regular staff supervision and you will ensure your staff are supporting young people in areas such as substance use, health and wellbeing, life skills, money management and managing their tenancies. You'll work with external partners to maximise the opportunities available to young people so that they can resettle in the community and you'll undertake Health & Safety checks ensuring information is recorded accurately on internal systems in accordance with Health and Safety regulations .

- Experience of working in a residential or institutional or similar
- Knowledge of voluntary and statutory agencies
