Full Job Description

As a Team Leader for Parfums Christian Dior, you brand ambassador and inspiring a team to do the same. In your role, you are responsible for driving sales by achieving your personal sales target and leading your team to achieve their sales targets while promoting the brand image and providing a personalised luxury service to customers. Through your passion for the brand you will demonstrate an attitude that befits Parfums Christian Dior at all times., SALES:

  • To be an expert on fragrance, makeup and skincare to deliver set sales targets

  • To provide advice and guidance for other Team Members to develop their own product knowledge and confidence

  • To pro-actively sell Parfums Christian Dior products and provide a luxury standard of service to customers

  • To be aware of and achieve or exceed sales targets, both personally leading your team to achieve theirs

  • To personally pro-actively link sell across product divisions, to increase average transaction value (ATV) and average transaction units (ATU) and lead your team to do the same


  • SERVICE
  • To be an expert on all Parfums Christian Dior products and be able to propose personalised products to clients and confidently and appropriately overcome any objections

  • To initiate contact with customers and welcome them through engagement

  • To identify, understand and reformulate the client needs

  • To develop personal relationships with clients and to gain loyalty

  • To educate clients on Parfums Christian Dior products and the brand

  • Lead and inspire your team to excel in all areas of client service


  • TEAM LEADERSHIP
  • To support Account/Business Manager in leading the team ensuring that they reflect the brand through their appearance and behaviour at all time

  • To support the Account/Business Manager in the day to day running of the counter, ensuring that it is merchandised and presented in line with brand guidelines and expectations at all times

  • To actively develop the team through regular coaching, feedback and leading by example


  • GENERAL
  • To monitor stock levels, report any issues to the House of Dior management team and ensure that there is sufficient levels

  • To conduct all assigned operational and administrative tasks

  • To be a Parfums Christian Dior brand ambassador and representative at all times

  • To adhere to all Company procedures and policies, as outlined in the employee handbook

  • To build relationships with store management and adhere to all store policies and procedures

  • To carry out any additional duties as directed by the management team

    In order to be successful in this role, you will be:

  • Tenacious; willing to go the extra mile to ensure the customer leaves having received the very best in luxury service.

  • You will be driven and results orientated, seeking out ways to continually grow the business through events and in store activity

  • Self-confident, you will be able to approach and engage with customers at ease, using your energy to actively seek new sales opportunities. Through excellent communication skills, you will be able to identify key products that would suit the customers' needs.

  • Immaculately groomed and presented, you will embody the elegance and luxury that customers have come to identify with Parfums Christian Dior.

  • Have experience in leading a small team within a luxury environment
