Team Leader / Supervisor Level 3 Apprenticeship

The Aspire Training Team are currently recruiting for a punctual, reliable and enthusiastic individual to complete a Team Leader / Supervisor Level 3 Apprenticeship at Harvey House Nursery as a Room Leader in their Toddler Room. Our Early Years team leader or supervisor apprenticeship has been designed by sector experts to help individuals that have gained their EYE and are looking to progress into a leadership role About Harvey House Nursery; We have created a special place, in Leytonstone E11, for babies and young children to learn, explore and engage with high-quality resources and practitioners. Our team are passionate about childcare and strive to provide each child with everything he or she may need at this important time in their life. This is an exciting opportunity to progress in your childcare career within a friendly team at a fantastic setting Your roles and responsibilities will include;

• Shape curriculum and guide the learning and development journey of children under your care
• Lead and manage the toddler room team, providing guidance, support and professional development
• Design and execute activities that align with EYFS framework
• Conduct regular safety checks and adhering to health and safety regulations
• Reinforce positive behaviour management strategies
• Conducting two year progress reports
• Looking after key children
• Overseeing children transferring into their room and overs out of room
• Fostering relationships with parents.
  
  Level 3 Early Years Educator Qualification
• GCSE's A-C/4+ in English Language and Maths, or equivalent i.e. functional skills
• Must obtain a clear DBS
  
  Harvey House Nursery is open between the hours of 07:00-19:00 Monday-Friday
• Working hours will be 40 hours per week between 08:00-18:00, Creative freedom in role
