Team Leader Support Worker

The role of the Team Leader is to provide high quality care and support, as defined in the care and support plan, to our clients within the clients' home, therapeutic environment or in the community. The Team Leader is responsible for managing the support team to ensure day to day care and strategic outcomes are met., The Team Leader is expected to provide leadership and support for care staff, act as a role model for good clinical and care governance practice, uphold the rights, choice and dignity of Service Users, and ensure Libertatem Healthcare Group policies and procedures are followed at all times. They are also responsible for managing the team, including rota management, supervision, feedback, and ongoing training needs, as well as delivering a high-quality care service without discrimination.
