Team Leader Support Worker

The successful candidate will work as part of a multidisciplinary team to support service users in their care pathway, ensuring they lead a full and valued life while enabling them to live more independently., As a Team Leader Support Worker, you will be responsible for leading an inclusive and supportive team to provide care and support to individuals with learning disabilities, autism, and mental health conditions. You will use your excellent communication skills and experience in the field of learning disability and autism to support service users through their care pathway. The role can be challenging at times, but it is highly rewarding to see the individuals in your care improve and progress. You will be working 37.5 hours per week, including weekends, days, and nights.
