Are you an experienced Team Manager looking for that next step in your career that is rewarding and provides a sense of satisfaction and a salary of up to £34,000 per annum? If the answer to these questions is 'yes', then a role with My Life Legacy could be for you!, My Life Legacy is a registered charity, based in Standish, Nr Wigan, providing high quality person led community based service through My Life Support across the Northwest. We are looking for a Team Manager who has the ability to lead their team positively and monitor the overall well-being of those we support.

We are a very different kind of service in that we offer support for a wide range of individuals who live in their own homes, with their own team delivering support in a way that makes sense for them.

This is an excellent opportunity for an individual with experience or has been a Team Manager, who truly believes in personalised support for individuals to live in their own home with matched support, maximising their life opportunities to be the best they can be.

Your Responsibilities
As Team Manager you will be fundamental in the operational day to day running of your team including allocation of care staff, quality control, process/systems management, performance and people management. You will be responsible for the safe and secure delivery of care to our members, you will have knowledge of person-centred packages, developing individualised bespoke teams, have a strength based approach, be outcome focussed and be able to support and encourage staff to be the best they can be.

What you'll need to Succeed
As this is a Team Manager role, you will ideally have experience in a similar position ensuring that the team are supported, ensuring continued communication, making sure assessments are made within the team and delegating tasks. You will also: -

· have full responsibility for the management of all staff within the specific services agreed for the post

· be supportive to clients and colleagues

· demonstrate a flexible approach to work and be able to work flexible hours

· show commitment to developing My Life Legacy

· be able to work under pressure

· be credible and have the knowledge, passion and purpose to empower others to carry out their role with confidence
