The Role As the Team Leader/Manager for the Lettings department, you will manage operations and lead your team to success. You will be responsible for the management of the lettings team who cover application process through to move-in, daily management of tenant care, renewals, and deposits. The role will be process driven and target focused. This role requires someone passionate about people management and developing team members to the best of their ability. Your exceptional management skills and strong communication both internally and externally will contribute to the overall success of your team's performance. Some of the main aspects of the role are as below:

  • Ensuring all team members provide impeccable customer service levels and contribute towards positive brand reputation
  • Team management and development - 121, team meetings, performance reviews, training, KPIs
  • Appropriate management of all tenancy and reposit renewals
  • Working in line with compliance legislation
  • Managing and registering deposits
  • Responsible for pre and post tenancy sign offs
  • Ensuring appropriate co-ordination of key and fob handovers and tenant move-in
  • Appropriate management of parking
  • Ensuring referencing is completed in line with SLAs
  • Complaints handling
  • Coordinating with internal teams regarding all aspects of lettings processes

    We are looking for an experienced, organised and strong people manager to lead and guide our Lettings Team. Experience of successfully managing a team is essential, and property industry experience is desirable but not essential as we are happy to support you through your training and ARLA qualifications.

    Contract type: Permanent Hours: favourable working hours of 9.30am - 5.00pm Monday to Thursday, 9.30am - 4.30pm Friday Salary: We offer a competitive salary, 25 days annual leave plus bank holidays and additional paid time off over Christmas. We also give our staff complimentary use of our onsite gyms as well as many social events, awards ceremonies and treats throughout the year.
