Full Job Description
North Intensive Home Treatment Team are looking for an dynamic , approachable and motivated individual to be their Team Manager on a 12 month fixed term duration whilst the current Team Manager is on maternity leave. It's an exciting time ahead for the service, and as a clinical team manager you will be apart of a wider transformation within DTVF Urgent Care Services.
The successful candidate will be key to maintaining service delivery and moving the service and team forward to meet the needs of the communities within the area.
The successful candidate will require good communication and leadership skills.
Alongside the exciting transformation work that is happening within urgent care services , the clinical team manager will be leading on staff development , KPI's and operational management of staff within the service.
We will support you by providing a positive working experience within the service, with the commitment of giving you access to opportunities that will be essential in your professional development. Furthermore, you are guaranteed throughout to receive robust supervision and appraisals, talent management and access to training opportunities. There will also be exciting opportunities to help to support service development beyond the team and across the Locality.
