Team Manager - Ashford

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a team dedicated to supporting adults with mental health needs, promoting social inclusion, and providing immediate support to those in distress. Based at MHM's Barnsley Support Hub, you will lead our recovery-focused service in a welcoming, safe, and non-clinical environment. The service operates Thursday to Monday, 6 pm - 11 pm., As a Team Manager you will be required to provide a welcoming, safe, supportive, and nonclinical environment that promotes opportunities for our recovery focused service to clients who have a range of mental health needs. You will establish links to the crisis and home treatment teams, hospital liaison, street triage and other partners to promote independence and social inclusion.
