In doing so we are transforming our services for children and young people, and have already made exciting, innovative changes as we strive for excellence in all we do. Some if this change includes exciting developments such as our Pre-Birth Assessment Team, Exploitation team and an Interventions HUB which will offer evidence based interventions and support to our vulnerable children and families who are receiving assessments, are on a plan or in care.
