Full Job Description

We are looking for an experienced and innovativeEnd User Compute (EUC) Manager to lead our IT team in delivering exceptional user experiences across all devices and platforms. In this critical role, you will be responsible for the strategy, management, and support of all end-user computing services, ensuring our employees have the tools they need to work efficiently and securely.

As the EUC Manager, you will oversee the deployment and management of desktop environments, mobile devices, and collaboration tools, while ensuring that all systems are optimized for performance and security. You will lead a team of IT professionals, driving the implementation of new technologies and managing the endpoint and VDI environments.

Your key responsibilities will include developing and maintaining policies for device management, providing technical support and training to users, and ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations. You will work closely with other IT leaders to ensure seamless integration of end-user services with our overall IT infrastructure.

The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of end-user computing technologies, strong leadership skills, and a passion for enhancing user experience. You will be a proactive problem-solver, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.

Your primary responsibility will be to lead and manage the End User Compute (EUC) team, ensuring the delivery of high-quality technical support services to NCA staff. You will develop and implement service strategies, policies, and procedures to optimise end-user computing environments, enhance user experience, and maximise productivity across NCA sites.

In addition to managing day-to-day operations, you will play a key role in driving innovation and continuous improvement initiatives within the EUC team. You will identify opportunities to streamline processes, automate tasks, and leverage emerging technologies to enhance service delivery and support the evolving needs of NCA stakeholders.

As a Team Manager, EUC, you will also be responsible for managing resources, budgets, and performance metrics to ensure the efficient and effective operation of the EUC team. Your leadership, communication skills, and ability to build and motivate teams will be instrumental in fostering a culture of excellence, collaboration, and customer service.
