Team Manager (Male only)

You'll lead a team of professional Support Workers, dedicated to providing a person-centred, bespoke care service to make a real difference to the young person's life. The individual in this role will lead by example, setting the highest standards in all areas.

Other duties will include but are not limited to:

• Creating an inspiring team environment with an open communication culture.


• Managing staffing rotas, ensuring 'in ratio cover' is in place at all times.


• Carrying out thorough inductions and training for new joiners to the team.


• Conducting regular and meaningful 1-2-1s and supervisions with your team.


• Overseeing and lead day to day operations of the placement.


• Ensuring all compliance requirements are met and the team have the correct knowledge.


• Taking an active part in Support Worker interviews via MS Teams.
  
  Above all else, we are looking for someone that cares and can demonstrate an approach to leadership and management that aligns with PCG values. You'll have a sound understanding of policies, procedures and legislation relating to our industry.


Ideally, you will have experience working in the care sector and leading and managing others.

You will be enrolled in your Level 3 or Level 4 in Residential Childcare and be willing, once completed, to begin a Level 5 in Leadership and Management in Residential Childcare.
