Full Job Description

Operational - safely load and unload products onto trailers, ensuring all company procedures are adhered to. - As necessary, complete relevant paperwork to confirm loading and unloading activities have been carried out for audit purposes. -Ensure all goods are handled in the correct manner to ensure that damage to kept to a minimum and manual handling Continuous Improvement - Continuously look to improve processes and procedures to drive efficiency and improvement in business operation and customer service Communication - Ensure any concerns, issues or variances to instructions are immediately communicated to your line manager to allow appropriate action to be taken at the earliest opportunity Company Procedures - Ensure all company procedures are adhered to, including absence, performance, standards of behaviour, taking due consideration of company values.

FLT licence counter balance. - Previous warehouse experience (including handling goods up to 11kg as well as two-man handling - Awareness of manual handling techniques - Ability to withstand pressure and work to tight deadlines - Ability to work as part of a team - Attention to detail - Good level of communication, including a good understanding of both written and verbal English
