§ Craft Quality Drinks: Prepare a variety of drinks with skill and consistency, from cocktails to beer and wine, ensuring quality in every pour.
§ Maintain Bar Cleanliness: Keep the bar area clean, organised, and stocked, following all health and safety standards.
§ Team Collaboration: Work closely with the front-of-house and kitchen teams to ensure seamless service throughout the restaurant.
§ Upsell and Drive Sales: Use knowledge of the menu to suggest drinks, specials, and pairings that enhance the dining experience and contribute to sales growth.
