Team Member (Retail)

What will you be doing as a Team Member: You are the key to our ability to provide the best catering service as possible, so you may be wondering what it is that you will be doing! Food Preparation

• Assisting with food and snack preparation as required.
• Keeping the kitchen and restaurant areas in a clean and tidy state
• Ensuring you are providing an efficient and hygienic service to all customers
Customer service
• Ensure that your restaurant has a fun feeling which customers enjoy and can relax away from the workplace.
• Providing an excellent standard of customer service, project a willing and helpful attitude
• To be customer focused at all times, by being visible during service periods, approachable and quick to exceed expectations in fulfilling customer needs.
• Ensuring you can provide our customers with the appropriate knowledge of food items sold throughout
• Keeping the catering areas and service counters clean and fully stocked.
Financial Responsibilities
• Accurately handle cash sales as and when required, assist in stocktaking as required.
• Taking an active role in promoting sales to customers when working front of house., We work together as a team to lead by example, protecting the planet and supporting local communities.
