Full Job Description
- Providing warm hospitality and great customer service to all our customers, members and guests.
- Working on reception and offering insights about the hostel and the local area, ensuring every guest feels informed and welcomed.
- Utilising our systems for efficient guest check-ins and check-outs and food & beverage sales and service.
- Carrying out cleaning and housekeeping duties, ensuring a comfortable and clean environment for all guests.
- Assisting in the preparation of food in the kitchen and serving food and drinks with genuine warmth, hospitality, and pride that will influence in more sales. Suggesting enjoying dinner with us or offering a beverage or dessert as you assist with table service, ensuring a diverse and welcoming experience for all guests.
Perhaps our most unique London hostel, YHA London Lee Valley is a hostel split over six wooden lodge-style buildings. It offers the perfect accommodation if you want a great mix of city sightseeing and activities. This hostel is situated in Lee Valley Regional Park, where you can explore open green spaces and take part in watersports. - Competitive hourly rate: We offer a pay of £11.44 per hour (this role is flexible, 15 - 35 hours per week, temporary contract)
