Full Job Description

The post holder will administratively support an extensive range of functions within the clinical services, including Service Leads, supporting the two wards and there will be regular Cashier duties. The working hours for this post is Monday to Friday 9am to 5.00pm.
This post is based on site to support the Clinical Service. Can you please ensure that you have all the relevant qualifications that you note on your application as these will need to be produced if successful to Trac., You will be required to support our two wards and Ward Managers. You will spend time on the wards supporting the clinical team and ensuring that the administration of the ward is fully supported.
The post holder will have demonstrable experience of preparing for and taking minutes plus the production and upkeep of action logs. Preparation for meetings will include chasing up outstanding reports and actions in advance of meetings. The role will require the post holder to travel to Divisional and Trust locations to support Divisional meetings.
The successful candidate will have a good knowledge of all Microsoft Office applications including Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint and will have experience of using Service databases and clinical information systems., You will be required to support our two wards and Ward Managers. You will spend time on the wards supporting the clinical team and ensuring that the administration of the ward is fully supported.
