Full Job Description

The role will be to provide a comprehensive range of secretarial and administration duties to the Eating Disorder Team within the CAMHS department, helping to make a positive impact on the lives of young people who access this service. The duties will include but not extensive to, booking patient appointments, communicating with members of the public and stakeholders over the telephone, typing appointment letters and sending these out accurately and efficiently. This is an exciting new role and an excellent opportunity for the right individual.

We are currently looking for an experienced and proactive medical secretary to join the Child Health Admin Team across Wrexham and Flintshire. The candidate will be enthusiastic and highly motivated with excellent communication and interpersonal skills., This position requires someone who is a team player, flexible, organised and is able to work well under pressure. This position also requires excellent communication skills, the ability to meet the demands of working in a busy environment and is able to represent the department with due professionalism.

The ability to speak Welsh is desirable for this post; Welsh and/or English speakers are equally welcome to apply.
