Full Job Description

Your duties will include liaising with both internal staff and external agencies. You will have fast and accurate typing skills and experience of taking comprehensive minutes at meetings. The ability to work using your own initiative as well as being a team player is essential, so too are excellent interpersonal skills.

We are looking for a highly motivated secretary who works well under pressure. This role is exceptionally busy and we are looking for an individual with excellent communication skills, a solid understanding of Microsoft Office packages, high level organisational skills and an ability to manage and prioritise their own workload to meet agreed deadlines and competing priorities. Above all you will be motivated and hard working with an ability to work as part of our core team. Due to the nature of the work confidentiality is of great importance
