Full Job Description

The post holder will play an important role supporting our Rise Children and Young People Services. You will be required to support the admin team in providing efficient and comprehensive administrative support to clinicians and managers and will work within an integrated and skill mixed admin team to support clinical service delivery., Who we're Seeking: We're looking for applicants with previous admin experience to join our current admin team in providing a secretarial service to clinical teams, supporting the growing demand for provision of care.

We are looking for applicants who are friendly and approachable with effective communication skills, who can build good working relationships within a fast-paced environment. As well as being a team player, we seek applicants who can demonstrate sensitivity/confidentiality due to the nature of the service and able to work autonomously with a flexible approach and strong work ethic to prioritise and multi-task.

Rise Early Help is a well-established multi-disciplinary team within Coventry and Warwickshire Partnership Trust. We work in partnership with different providers across Coventry and Warwickshire including Coventry and Warwickshire Mind, GP surgery's, schools, children's services, and parents/carers to promote positive outcomes of mental health and emotional wellbeing for children, young people and their families. Recent investment and expansion in the Rise Early Help Service has led to several administration opportunities across Coventry and Warwickshire.
