Full Job Description
Permanent Full Time Team Secretary, 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday 9am-5pm, The post holder will play an important role within the wider Admin Team to provide efficient and comprehensive administration support to clinicians
and managers within the RISE Service and the Neurodevelopmental Service. You will work within an integrated and skill mixed Admin Team
across the building to support clinical service delivery. The Team Secretary staff are vital members of the team providing secretarial
support to clinicians and managers and supervising the day to day workload of Admin Support colleagues.
You will support the standardisation of admin support across the Trust to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the admin support received
by clinical services. We are looking for individuals with a positive approach to change who are supportive of service improvements.

Coventry & Warwickshire Partnership Trust has an exciting opportunity for an individual with excellent communication and organisational skills to join the RISE admin team based at Whitestone Clinic, Nuneaton., We will require a well organised individual who are able to empathise with our service users and be able to deal with sensitive enquiries in a
confidential manner. Knowledge and experience in customer care is essential due to the nature of the calls.
Applicants will need to be computer literate in Word, Excel and electronic mail with excellent accuracy in data input. You must have the ability to
multi task, manage and prioritise own workload and be able to work on both your own initiative and as part of a team. You must demonstrate you have experience of minute taking for this role and digital/audio typing would be beneficial.
This is an excellent opportunity for a self-motivated and enthusiastic individual who wishes to pursue an administrative career in the NHS.
