The thriving West Kent Health & Care Partnership (West Kent HCP) are pleased to advertise an exciting opportunity for a Team Secretary to join our Joint Programme Management Office (JPMO) that support the delivery of our transformation priority portfolio.
West Kent HCP is a collaborative, area wide initiative between the full range of partners in West Kent including: Maidstone & Tunbridge Wells NHS Trust (MTW), Kent Community Health Foundation Trust (KCHFT), Kent & Medway NHS & Social Care Partnership Trust (KMPT), West Kent Primary Care (WKPC), Kent County Council and 4 district councils (Maidstone, Sevenoaks, Tonbridge and Malling, Tunbridge Wells), community and voluntary organisations, local residents and the Kent & Medway Integrated Care Board.
West Kent HCP is implementing an ambitious programme of transformation to support integrated working across West Kent. The partnership has prioritised the following areas for change: Integrated Neighbourhood Teams, Health Inequalities, Discharge and Flow, Frailty and Adult Complex Care, Children and Adults Mental Health. We are also working on a range of infrastructure priorities including initiatives on: digital and data, workforce, population health, estates, finance and contracting.
The postholder will provide full a secretarial and general clerical support service to the West Kent HCP JPMO team and report to the Head of the JPMO team., Provide full confidential secretarial and general clerical support service to the West Kent Health & Care Partnership (West Kent HCP) Joint Programme Management Office (JPMO) Head and team. The post holder will also provide secretarial cover for the Personal Assistant to the West Kent HCP Director.
This post will report to the Head of West Kent HCP JPMO, who is the leader of the programme team supporting the delivery of the West Kent HCP transformation priorities.
The JPMO Team Secretary has a key role in supporting the JPMO team's delivery of the West Kent HCP transformation programme portfolio, and assisting the West Kent HCP Director, Head of West Kent HCP JPMO and the West Kent HCP JPMO team in providing performance assurance and robust reporting to the West Kent HCP Development Board, Executive and Operational Groups.
The post-holder will also support the West Kent HCP Director, West Kent HCP Head of JPMO and West Kent HCP JPMO Programme Managers and Officers in:
· The use of standard project management methodologies that are applied to the Programme Management Office function.
