Full Job Description

Team Support Assistant, 18.5 Hours, supporting the SEN Support Service based in the Lord Williams School & St. Andrews School Resource Bases & Ron Groves House, Kidlington. This role will involve travel to be able to attend a resource base or the team office once a week. Some of the work that you will be undertaking will be:

  • Communication with parents, schools and professionals relating to a variety of educational and administrative tasks
  • Processing andsupportingAnnual Reviews in relation to Education, Health and Care Plans
  • Processing referrals for Special Educational NeedsSupportServices,
  • Uploading information in our database
  • E-procurement
  • Archiving and electronic filing
  • Supportingour SENSS BaseLeadTeachers and Teaching Assistants

This role supports base advisory teachers and teaching assistants to deliver statutory responsibilities in relation tosupportand provision for, children in your community with special educational needs.
