Role Overview: As a Team Support Assistant, you will report directly to our Managing Director. This role is busy and fast-paced, requiring someone with excellent attention to detail and the ability to manage various diaries with the utmost confidentiality. You will be working closely with senior leadership in the energy sector, focusing on net zero and decarbonisation initiatives. There will be a requirement for travel therefore the ideal candidate must have access to a vehicle.,

  • Manage and coordinate diary for the Managing Director.
  • Handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion.
  • Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and correspondence.
  • Coordinate travel arrangements and itineraries.
  • Support the team with administrative tasks and project coordination.
  • Ensure effective communication within the team and with external stakeholders., Opportunity to work closely with senior leadership in the energy sector.
