Full Job Description

Role DescriptionThis is a 6 month contract, full-time on-site role for a Tech Bar Resource / 2nd Line Support. The Tech Bar Resource will be responsible for providing technical support, troubleshooting, printer support, and customer service to internal and external stakeholders. The Tech Bar Resource will also be responsible for effective communication and collaboration with team members and clients. This role is located in the London Area, United Kingdom. IR35 status: 'Outside'

  • 5 Years supporting Windows products
  • 3 Years support MACs
  • Service Now expose - 2 years
  • Technical Support, Troubleshooting, and Printer Support skills
  • Strong customer service and communication skills
  • Ability to effectively collaborate and work in a team
  • Experience in the IT industry or related field
  • Relevant certifications such as CompTIA A+, Microsoft Certified: Azure Fundamentals, etc.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks
  • VIP/White glove experience would be great.
