Full Job Description

Meet regularly with key clients, providing a single point of contact for all new opportunities, mobilising developments and active portfolios.
- Work in partnership with clients providing expert advice to assist clients in the creation of management strategies to ensure long term success for the management of developments.
- Contributing to the design of management solutions and providing advice on strategies for clients and ensuring Section 106 obligations, Green Travel Plans and other planning obligations are captured and managed.
- Working with the Service Charge Team Leader to produce cost estimates for new developments and amendments required through the mobilisation process.
- Support the building of operational teams for complex, high value developments, contributing to recruiting the right managers to realise clients' ambitions and deliver against expectations and KPIs.
- Project manage the onboarding of new developments into the managed portfolio. Ensuring all systems are set up.
- Drawing on operational, technical and commercial knowledge to work alongside clients, advising, challenging and guiding them through the integration process.

You will be a property management professional with experience of managing complex buldings. You have experience of working within a client facing role. With around 50% of your working week spent working on site you will be embedded with clients, working in partnership, and comfortable with managing expectations.
You nave a naturally commanding presence, and are able to lead meetings with authority. You will have a good working knowledge of BSA to be able to advise clients to ensure compliance for both the client and FirstPort.
