Technical Business Analyst

Join us as a Technical Business Analyst in our IT department, where you will be responsible for the end-user experience and delivery of IT services. This role is a unique blend of IT support and technical analysis, providing you with the opportunity to oversee numerous IT projects while simultaneously responding to IT issues. As a tenacious IT expert, you'll be used to regularly solving new IT issues while maintaining strong stakeholder communication skills., As a Technical Business Analyst, your responsibilities will range from documentation and workflow mapping creation to platform expertise and technology account configuration. You will also be involved in business partnering, simplifying & automating processes, creation of design specifications, and solution proposals. Additionally, you will provide Level 2 system support for core Technology platforms and support the Service Desk in resolving complex IT issues.

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field.
• Strong experience of working in an IT service environment.
• Drive future innovation and continuous improvement.
• Knowledge of developing technologies, like AI.
• Experience in IT support roles, with a focus on providing technical support to end-users.
• Strong technical proficiency in troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues across multiple platforms (Windows, macOS).
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Certifications such as CompTIA A+, Network+, or Microsoft Certified Solutions Associate (MCSA) are a plus.
• Experience with IT service management tool ServiceNow is preferred.
Desirable Skills/Experience:
• Previous experience working in the Pharma domain.
