Full Job Description

As a member of the Nixon Hire Sales Team, your role will be to take ownership of renewable power opportunities within existing and new accounts to ensure that profitable growth and sales targets are achieved. This will be achieved through the utilisation of renewable product knowledge, data, reporting and communication of product key benefits to both existing and target customers. A highly visible role that will increase our presence and visibility in our chosen market. This will involve consulting with both sales, operational and CSO colleagues to ensure we meet or exceed our customers' expectations.,

  • Sales - Grow profitable revenue and utilisation year on year for renewable products and rehire partnerships within the geographical region. Drive sales growth through growing existing contracts and delivering significant NEW contracts. Personally lead renewable solution proposals on behalf of the business within the allocated area.
  • Presentations - Preparing and delivering presentations to customers when required.
  • Rehire Accounts - Assist the Head of Sales - Renewable in managing a select number of the company's rehire accounts.
  • Client retention - Ensure that customer retention is optimised through excellent account management practice and first-class customer service. Ensure issues are identified and resolved promptly.
  • Pricing - Optimise pricing to maximise revenue and profitability on each major project.
  • Competitors and the market - Develop a deep understanding of competitors and the industry, its products and services, opportunities, and challenges. Develop plans to beat competitors to secure profitable growth.
  • Renewable Power Solution Ownership - Delivering renewable power specific solutions that ensures all departments within the business are aware of the expectations and client requirements, to ensure that we achieve our financial targets.

  • Strong negotiating and commercial skills - a proven ability to accurately price business opportunities.
  • Excellent skills in developing client relationships and experience of managing customer relations.
