Full Job Description

The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining and updating our change process tracker for all technical changes in line with the EKFB. In this role, you will manage team members on the update of technical documents and drawings for Issue for Construction (IFC) and assist in the closeout for detailed design.
You will ensure the closure of all technical debt is addressed in the release for IFC drawings and documents.
You will assist in the closeout for detailed design, working with the design manager, to develop a network with current designers.
You will also manage the Short Notice Change (Field Change requests and Technical Queries that require following the change process) process for all times that require going through the Change Assurance Forum. In addition, you will maintain and update the Routewide Change Tracker, record cost and programme impacts resulting from change and also monitor and report ASC effort spent with TLC5, including the "purple box" personnel.

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Project Management, or related field.
- Proven experience in managing technical changes in large-scale projects.
- Excellent understanding of technical documentation and drawing processes.
- Strong knowledge of change management principles and methodologies.
- Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think strategically.
- Proficiency with project management software and other IT tools.
