Technical Clerk (Regions) - Bristol Temple Point

1. Analyse and present data to support recommendations by the Operations Risk team.

2. Provide technical and administrative support to the Operations Risk team as required.

3. Locate and collate data, records, and other information as required.

4. Carry out upkeep and review of publications, data, records, logs, etc. as required.

5. Support in the planning of level crossing asset inspections and risk assessments as required.

6. Assist in the preparation of the outputs required from delivery units.

7. Prepare papers for Route OPSRAM and other safety groups, tracking minutes, actions and related expenditure as required.

8. Assist with local ORR liaison meetings (Levels 1 and 2) and Crime and Disorder Groups, as required by your Line Manager.

· Knowledge of railway operations

· Good communication skills, written and verbal

· Good general knowledge of railway operations

Desirable

· Intermediate excel skills

· Previous railway experience

· Knowledge of ALCRM and Elipse
