Full Job Description

Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned:

  • Providing technical expertise through sales presentations, product demonstrations, installation, and maintenance of company products

  • Planning and prioritising clinical, technical and education programmes with review and input from sales staff and other relevant functional groups

  • Providing implant support to the clinical team in the catheterisation laboratory / operating theatre and by providing technical support to the customers both before and after the implant of the device

  • Providing troubleshooting support to field sales force and customers on request.

  • Organising and conducting training to customers (physicians, physiologists, and nurses) in collaboration with the district team together with preparation of study material and plans

  • Building strong and lasting relationships with key decision makers and those influential in the purchasing process

  • Supporting marketing and sales in the introduction and market release of new and innovative products and therapies through clinical review and customer engagement

    Experience as a Cardiac Physiologist, Registered Nurse with Cardiac experience, or Radiographer with Cath lab experience or Cardiac medical device experience

  • IBHRE and/or BHRS device accreditation and/or previous training/education experience would be an advantage

  • Able to work in an operating room environment

  • Need to live a commutable distance to Leeds

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

  • Good communication and influencing skills and strong organisational skills

  • Driving licence
