Full Job Description

We are looking for a Technical Coordinator to manage technical support across some of our new partners in onboarding. You will be responsible for onboarding new partners and addressing issues with their integration using tools built by our Growth tribe. You will be working with our Product Data engineering squad that manages the onboarding and maintenance of Lyst partners, and will report to our into our Partner Acquisition Director.

  • Experience in a fast-growing company, ideally at an affiliate marketing network or agency, or managing affiliate marketing or customer service for a retailer

  • Self-starter who thrives while working on their own as well as contributing to team goals

  • Excellent technical support skills as you will be managing complex relationships of varying size

  • Exceptional written and verbal skills as well as presentation experience - you will be communicating and troubleshooting with our partners so you must be comfortable working with senior level partners

  • Great organisational and process management skills to manage and prioritise a range of requests from numerous partners at one time

  • Experience with data feeds and using Jira, Excel, Looker, or other similar tools (beneficial)

  • Comfortable with learning new technical concepts and systems

  • A natural collaborator who can work effectively with multiple different teams and stakeholders

  • A love (or at least high regard) for fashion

  • Our Ways of Working: We come into the office between 2-4 days a week and we're always in on Tuesdays and Thursdays.
