Full Job Description

Aspect Group Services Ltd are seeking a Technical Coordinator / Bid Writer who will work to produce winning bids and support Roofing Services, Property Services and the Aspecte Team.

The role will involve writing bids and project proposals for new and existing public, commercial and private sector clients across East Anglia. You will have responsibility for all administrative projects. In addition, experience of working on multiple bids simultaneously is required. You will be the only person in the Bid Team but work closely with the Divisional Directors and Commercial Consultants.

Reporting to the Business Support Manager, the role will be key to maintaining and developing existing and new customer relationships through appropriate propositions, ethical sales and marketing methods, and relevant internal liaison, to optimise quality of service, business growth, and customer satisfaction.

Scope & Responsibilities of the Role

· Conduct effective market analysis to determine strategic opportunities and exploit our potential offerings within existing contracts to grow AGSL market areas and local footprint

· Manage our accreditation memberships/registrations, client approved lists

· Monitor, identify and report all new business and tender opportunities advertised via industry portals and present at weekly pipeline/bidding appraisal meeting with Senior Management Team

· Progress and chase opportunities, leads and manage the enquires/new business pipeline

· Attend bidders meetings with clients to fully appraise and gain a comprehensive understanding of opportunity and tendering process

· Using oral and written materials, articulate AGSL's service offerings to produce winning new business proposals and bids from contract proposition, design, PQQ & ITT to successful submission and award

· Prepare and present to Senior Management bid progress updates and attend tender/bid reviews and adjudications

· Participate in tender interviews/presentations and reference site visits

· Build and maintain a solid base of library content and reference material to create a database of bid information and details to produce professional, compelling and evidence based proposals that are industry leading

· Maintain strong awareness of industry trends, client/customer expectations and innovations when producing convincing bid documentation, information and new business proposal pitches

· Identify and analyse areas of future business expansion and integrated services
