Full Job Description

As the Technical Customer Success Manager, you will establish and enhance our customer relationships to promote the adoption, consumption, retention, and loyalty of our software and services solutions. As a Technical Customer Success Manager, you will be responsible for:

  • Providing expertise in sustained customer success and growth in the post-sales customer lifecycle through training, coaching, professional services, technical support, outcome attainment, retention, expansion, and customer advocacy.
  • Undertaking the ownership of OnePM installed base, long-term service engagements, and the digital transformation of our customers across oil and gas, power generation, and industrial markets.
  • Ensuring the understanding of the customers' organizational and IT strategies and desired outcomes for their businesses.
  • Consulting with the client to understand technical challenges and work with the technical development team to offer commercially viable solutions to clients.
  • Identifying opportunities for client up-sale/side-sale of hardware, software, consulting, and services support across the entire Baker Hughes Cordant Solutions portfolio.

    Have an accredited qualification and previous proven experience working within an Engineering / Technology / Reliability function.
  • Have the ability to demonstrate expertise in Asset Management, Reliability, and Maintenance.
  • Have the ability to demonstrate experience with OnePM or a similar related maintenance strategy software or APM solutions.
  • Have the ability to demonstrate experience in building strong client relationships and advocating for their success.
  • Have the ability to demonstrate problem-solving through solutions development.
  • Candidates with strong French and/or Arabic language skills is advantageous
  • Be fluent in English, hold a UK/EU work permit and not require future sponsorship
  • Have the ability to work remotely, with the requirement to travels approximately 60% of the time within EMEA
