Technical Designer New

As a Technical Designer at Red Kite, you'll take full ownership of side-missions, guiding them from initial concept through to implementation. You'll be responsible for designing mission areas with a focus on creating engaging, standalone experiences that contribute to the game's wider narrative. Working collaboratively with both internal and external team members, you'll play a key role in iterating on designs to ensure they align with the overarching game experience and goals. You'll also help define and implement technical design systems and tools that streamline workflows and enhance productivity, whilst working closely with our code, art, and design teams, contributing to a cohesive and efficient production process that brings the game's vision to life.

• Experience as a Technical Designer within the games industry.
• Technically proficient in Unreal Engine.
• Good knowledge of game and level design principles.
• Good knowledge of C# or similar scripting languages.

2nd Stage: This will be an onsite meeting where you will get to meet the team! You will get a tour of our studio and meet with a variety of people. This usually takes a few hours.
