  • Lead the design, implementation, and support of automation and technical projects within our pharmaceutical automated distribution centres.
  • Analyse and troubleshoot technical projects to ensure smooth and efficient delivery.
  • Ensure effective integration, maintenance, and optimization of automation systems to enhance operational efficiencies.
  • Collaborate with the National Systems Team to support the successful deployment of technology solutions across UK distribution centres.
  • Provide ongoing support for automation projects, maintaining a high level of technical performance across operations.

    Proven track record in delivering automation and technical projects, ideally within the pharmaceutical or logistics industry
  • Experience in managing cross-functional teams and supporting multi-site operations
  • Strong understanding of automation technologies (e.g., automated storage/retrieval systems, conveyor systems, robotics) and integration with IT systems
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining high levels of quality and stakeholder satisfaction
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Degree or equivalent experience in Engineering, Automation, or related field
