  • Responsible for analysis, design and implementation of configuration changes to support the delivery of desired business outcomes.

  • Where a requirement cannot be fulfilled via configuration, understand how to achieve the desired outcome through technical development by another party such as the application supplier, an internal system team, HQ or another 3rd party.

  • You're enthusiastic about the use of technology and able to provide a communication 'bridge' between the business and technologists

  • Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to work with individuals at all levels of our organisation

  • Able to resolve issues through problem solving skills, root cause analysis and engaging colleagues from multiple business areas and IT teams where necessary

  • You'll understand at a high level, the interface between complex business requirements and the complex legal and regulatory environment in which we operate

Our mission is straight forward, we want to be 'The Key to Mobility'. What does that mean? To make getting from A-to-B as easy and simple for as many people as possible. To truly meet the mobility needs of people in a changing world, our offering goes beyond traditional vehicle financing. We do this by providing a range of finance and aftersales products on Volkswagen Group vehicles, as well as developing innovative mobility products designed to solve real problems and support our customers.
