Technical Maintenance Assistant

As a Technical Maintenance Officer, y ou will support the effective delivery of planned and reactive maintenance activities for our tenants. You will also play a key role in maintaining compliance across key Landlord Health & Safety areas.

You will be responsible for delivering administrative activities across the Property Directorate.

You will be a role model for all Health & Safety policies, processes and procedures across the organisation while offering a customer-focused approach to all stakeholders.

You will play a role in monitoring key performance indicators and budget management.

Proven experience in maintenance, compliance or H&S within a housing environment.
Experience in the administration of planned and reactive servicing or maintenance contracts.
Competent user of Microsoft and other housing systems such as Open Housing & Lifespan.
Experience working in a customer-focused role & delivering exceptional service to customers.
Demonstrate ownership in all H&S, compliance, maintenance administration work.
Ability to multi-task and manage a changing workload.
Effective, positive communicator who can communicate with diverse customers.
Strongly analytical, with well- developed problem-solving skills.
Ability to follow systems and procedures.
High attention to detail and accuracy.
Accountable for working consistently with all organisation policies and procedures.
