Technical Manager

1. To interpret system requirements into clear unambiguous hardware design requirements and to develop Hardware Development Plans to identify workflow.2. To design, analyse, commission and verify analogue and digital circuits in accordance with defined requirements specifications including cost and reliability targets.3. To document design activities, ensuring traceability of design to requirements, whilst also ensuring adherence to relevant project, company or regulatory standards and processes.4. To plan, generate, perform and validate results of hardware verification plans and procedures.5. To support hardware qualification activities6. To specify, design, commission and verify equipment test solutions to support hardware verification qualification activities and production. (1.) To collaborate with key stakeholders, to understand business objectives and work with them to integrate design thinking into softwareorproduct development. (2.) To lead a team of designers, provide guidance,
and ensuring the delivery of high-quality design solutions in alignment with the overall business goals. (3.) To present design concepts and strategies to stakeholders and gather feedback. (4.) To establish and maintain design standards, guidelines, and best practices. (5.) To stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies to drive innovation and excellence in design.
