We are seeking a Technical Manager to join a leading provider of vehicle glazing solutions. As the Technical Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the technical aspects of vehicle glazing projects, ensuring that all products meet the highest quality standards. What's in it for you?

What will you be doing in the Technical manager role?
• Provide technical guidance and support to technicians
• Ensure all technical operations comply with company standards and regulatory requirements.
• Identify and resolve technical challenges during product development and installation phases.
• Fleet management of company vehicles
  
  Knowledge of glazing technologies and materials
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues.
• Understanding of industry standards, quality control, and safety regulations.
• Ability to communicate technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with a focus on team development and collaboration.
